1. Delivery Areas: We deliver to areas in Madurai & Coimbatore

2. Delivery Times: Our standard delivery times are Monday to Sunday, 10am to 11am in morning & 4:30pm to 5pm in the evening. Noted - Timings may differ according to circumstances.

 

3. Delivery Methods: We use our own delivery vehicles & persons for delivery.

 

4. Delivery Charges: Our delivery charges are applied if needed during the regular billing.

 

5. Minimum Order Requirements: We have a minimum order requirement of 500ml.

 

6. Order Cut-Off Times: Orders must be placed by at least a day before.

 

7. Delivery Tracking: We provide tracking information for all deliveries through our Mobile App or QR delivery

code.

 

8. Failed Delivery Attempts: If we are unable to deliver an order due to special circumstances, we will share the information prior.

 

9. Damaged or Missing Items: If an order is missing or product received is damaged, please contact us anytime.

1. Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to unusual areas without people to issue the order.

 

2. Delivery to Businesses: We only deliver to businesses, showrooms, offices or events. Note - Not to eat at your house.
